The Green Home is a structure consisting of a small house in the middle of a large park of 6,000 meters.
The house, very warm and welcoming, is furnished in a rustic style, has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people, there are 2 bathrooms and both bedrooms have a wonderful view of the park. The "green" room on the first floor has a terrace overlooking the property, where it is possible to have breakfast or an aperitif sitting on the outdoor furniture; the "yellow" room, on the other hand, has direct access to the park through a large French window.
The living area is large, there is a fireplace that in the winter seasons, with the fire lit, two chestnuts and a glass of wine, allows you to experience moments of great relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you will also find a slicer and a gas grill to prepare succulent grills.
The highlight of the house, however, is the large park, which has a covered parking area, a fireplace area for grilling, more relaxation points with garden furniture, a large swimming pool with part dedicated to the beach, a solarium area with sun loungers, a large orchard with more than 50 species of fruit, from the most classic to rare fruits and a collection of ancient roses with enveloping aromas.
It is ideal for families; in the garden you will also find a playhouse for children to play and swings. Last but not least, some hens are also guests in a fenced chicken coop which, if you wish, will give you their eggs laid daily.
he Green Home is 3 km from the center of Ravenna and, if you decide on a different mobility, you can also use the bicycle, there is in fact a convenient underpass that allows you to get to the center via a cycle path in just 10 minutes.
The property is well positioned with respect to the accesses of the highways and is also close to a large shopping center where you can find all kinds of goods.
